Terms and Conditions
Design-ready website terms structure for VELTORE. Vehicle-hire and chauffeur contracts depend on insurance, driver eligibility, deposits, cancellation terms and the exact booking. These sections must be reviewed and aligned with VELTORE's approved booking contract before launch.
Availability and quotations
Vehicle availability, specification, hire format and pricing should be confirmed for each booking. A quotation or initial discussion does not reserve a vehicle unless VELTORE confirms the booking under the applicable payment and booking requirements.
Driver and hire eligibility
Where a booking involves driving by the client or another nominated driver, eligibility is subject to the requirements applicable to the vehicle, insurer and booking. These may include age, licence history, identification, address, deposit and security checks.
Chauffeur bookings
Chauffeur services are arranged around the agreed itinerary and timings. Material changes to route, hours, waiting time or passenger requirements may affect availability and price.
Deposits and payment
The amount and timing of deposits, balances and security payments should be stated in the booking confirmation. No generic amount is hard-coded into this website because requirements may vary by vehicle and booking.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, rescheduling and amendment terms should be supplied with the booking and may vary according to the vehicle, notice period, third-party costs and event requirements. Clients should contact the bookings team as soon as plans change.
Vehicle use
Vehicles must only be used in accordance with the confirmed booking, law, insurer requirements and any written restrictions supplied for that vehicle. Production, event, promotional or special-use requirements should be disclosed before confirmation.
Condition and responsibility
Where applicable, vehicle condition, mileage, fuel or charge level, keys and accessories should be recorded at handover and return. Responsibility for loss, damage, penalties or excess should be governed by the signed booking documentation and applicable insurance terms.
Events, weddings and production
Clients should disclose venue access restrictions, exact timings, photography or filming requirements, special parking, convoy or movement plans and any third-party organiser requirements so feasibility can be assessed before the booking.
Website information
Vehicle images and descriptions are promotional. Exact vehicle colour, specification and registration may differ from imagery. The booking confirmation should identify the vehicle or acceptable substitute arrangement for the actual booking.
Contact
Questions about a proposed or existing booking can be sent to enquiries@veltore.co.uk or discussed with the bookings team on 0121 231 0340.
